Volt’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the Code) is central to our commitment to conducting business responsibly, safely, and in full compliance with the law.

While the Code cannot cover every situation, it provides guidance on asking the right questions, consulting the right experts, and making ethical decisions. It includes a practical framework for ethical decision-making and a list of resources for employees to seek guidance or report concerns.

The Code is reviewed at least annually and updated as needed to reflect Volt’s evolving business, compliance risks, and industry best practices.
